CSOV newbuilds - Constructing for Olympic

In 2022, Olympic ordered 2 newbuild Construction Support Operation Vessels from Ulstein Verft. The vessels have been designed by Ulstein Design & Solutions AS and will be among the first TWIN X-STERN vessels to operate in the offshore wind market. The contract includes two optional vessels.

The production of the two Construction Service Operation Vessels that Olympic ordered in 2022 from Ulstein is well underway at the hull yard CRIST. On 14 March 2023, the keel was laid for vessel number two, Yno 319.

When Olympic's COO pushed the start button of the steel cutting machine at the Crist yard in November 2022, he also marked the startup of their CSOV newbuild project. Ahead lies months of dedicated work from skilled shipbuilders.
