Sensible use of resources

Our shipyard is our single largest company, which in turn leads to a great demand for resources. Keeping the use of resources at a sensible level and reducing the environmental risks in waste handling are target areas.Vessel construction leads, inevitably, to the production of waste. Our shipyard has procedures for a responsible handling of waste, including hazardous waste, various metals, oil, residues from sandblasting and painting.

The yard has put much efforts and investments in energy efficiency and energy conservation.
