Was named in a twin naming ceremony together with her sister vessel, 'Rem Mist', on 22 February 2011.

Delivered on 3 March 2011. In his speech, managing director at Remøy Shipping, Per Gunnar Jarnes, emphasized Ulstein Verft's ability to deliver advanced vessels on time.

The vessel entered into an 8-year contract for Statoil after delivery.

2022: The ship was sold in July to an unknown owner.
